The Star Trac S TRc S Series Treadmill Generation 1 comes loaded with 12 great pre-installed workouts, and a Manual function in which users can create their own customized program and mark their progress from one workout session to the next. The pre-installed workouts, designed by experts in the fitness field, include a Dynamic and Constant Heart Rate Control program; a Calorie burning regimen; a Fitness Test, in which users can measure their output in terms of different fitness rubrics; a theme-based Firefighter workout, also known as the Modified Gerkin Protocol, and an Endurance based regimen.
All of the pre-set workouts—and the user’s customized or personalized regimen—can be adjusted for speed and incline. The TRc S series features a speed range of 0.5 to 12.5 miles per hour, and an incline ratio of 0 percent to 15 percent—for those who want to add hill climbing to their workout plan.
